Is my data safe?
Everything stays in this browser's local storage — nothing is uploaded anywhere. That also means it won't sync across devices yet.
Why did my data disappear?
Clearing your browser's site data/cache, using private browsing, or switching browsers will remove locally stored data. Export a backup from Settings regularly.
Is the AI Coach a real AI?
Not yet — it currently gives rule-based tips based on your real data. Connecting a real AI API is on the roadmap (see Settings → AI API keys).
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes, the layout is responsive — though a true installable mobile app (PWA) is still on the roadmap.
